It's a sorry roll-call to be sure. It's springtime, and after record rainfalls and the end of the 12-year drought, these are ALL the flowers I have in my garden.
But that's better by a long shot than the rest of the garden, which generally looks like this:
Again, I ask you - who has the time???
You should see ours - weeds, peppered with scraps of newspaper blown out of the rabbit's hutch and dog turds. lovely.

ReplyDeleteWhen I owned a house in New Jersey, it would take me upwards of 6 hours of landscaping to make my property flawless. And that was only the Saturday work, that doesn't include cutting the grass on WED or Thur.
