  2. I think I know what your readership would choose. We gather like minded around us. Berry bad things happen with a lack of regulation, as we have seen time and time again.

    1. I totally agree. I have a control/compliance focus in my work so I'm always going to fall more on the side of regulation. I recognise it can go too far but am also wary of moves to "reduce red tape" as there are usually good reasons for rules and processes. However I agree some processes can become outdated and as other benefits increase our risk tolerance goes up so changing things is sometimes justified.
      But there's no sweet spot!
